Vintage Ceramic Mallard Duck Shoe Polisher

This vintage piece is a hand-painted ceramic figure of a mallard duck on a wooden base with a buffing pad. These items were often used as decorative pieces with a practical function for polishing shoes. It is in vintage condition with some spots of chipping in the paint, please see pictures.
