Vintage Blue Speckled Stoneware Cheese or Butter Crock

This vintage stoneware crock with a cobalt blue spatterware design features a lid and metal wire bale for secure closure. These were designed for storing and preserving butter or cheese, but could also be used as a decorative piece in the kitchen. It is in good condition with no clips or cracks, there is some discoloration on the lid from the metal bale.

Measures 5 1/2" in hight and 4" in diameter
